Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. Local pickup in Everett, Washington is available by arrangement — contact us before ordering.
What does shipping cost?
A flat 9.00 USD per order, regardless of order size or value. Every shipment is fully insured for its full value at our expense.
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment, Monday through Friday. Orders paid by check or ACH ship after funds settle. We ship via USPS with tracking on every parcel; typical delivery is 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, and tracking is emailed automatically.
Is my package secure?
Orders valued above 500 USD ship with signature confirmation required. All orders ship in discreet packaging with no indication of contents.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Every parcel is insured. Contact us within 5 days of the carrier's delivery or last-scan date and we will file the insurance claim and replace or refund the order.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the condition received, unworn or unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email trading@alchemytradingco.com; if accepted, we send a prepaid return label with instructions. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Are your items genuine?
Every item is guaranteed genuine and as described. Certified coins and notes are sold in the holders of their grading services (PCGS, NGC, CACG, ANACS, ICG, PMG) and carry the grades those services assigned. If an item is ever proven not genuine, we refund the full purchase price — without time limit.
Do you buy coins, currency, gemstones, or scrap?
