Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern all purchases from Alchemy Trading Co., operated by Freedom Standard Metals LLC ("we," "us"), a Washington limited liability company located at PO Box 833, Everett, WA 98206. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

  1. PRODUCTS. We sell certified and raw numismatic coins, paper money, loose gemstones, bullion, and related collectibles. Each listing describes the specific item offered. Because most items are one of a kind, quantities are limited to the stock shown and an item may sell through another channel before your order is processed.
  2. 2. PRICING. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are set at the time of listing. Bullion and other metal-linked items are priced from live precious-metal markets and may change without notice. If a listing contains a pricing error or a price that has become stale due to market movement, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund before shipment.
  3. 3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE. Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we ship it. We may decline or cancel any order, including orders that fail identity or payment verification, and will refund any amount charged.
  4. 4. PAYMENT. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must clear before shipment. Orders paid by check or ACH ship after funds settle.
  5. 5. SHIPPING, TITLE, AND RISK OF LOSS. Domestic orders ship insured with tracking for a flat 9.00 USD. Orders typically ship within two business days of cleared payment. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you provide. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be reported to us within 5 days of the carrier's delivery date so we can file an insurance claim.
  6. 6. AUTHENTICITY. We guarantee that every item is genuine and as described. Certified items are sold in the holders of their grading services (PCGS, NGC, CACG, ANACS, ICG, PMG) and carry the grade assigned by that service; grading is the opinion of the third-party service and is not a warranty by us. If an item is ever proven not genuine, we will refund the full purchase price without time limit.
  7. 7. RETURNS. Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
  8. 8. NO INVESTMENT ADVICE. Nothing on this site is investment, tax, or legal advice. Precious metals and collectibles carry market risk and may lose value. We are a dealer, not a licensed investment adviser, and we do not guarantee resale value, liquidity, or future prices.
  9. 9. AUTOMATED AND AGENT-ASSISTED PURCHASES. We welcome orders placed through AI shopping agents, assistants, and other automated buying services acting on a customer's behalf. If an agent places an order for you, you authorize that agent to accept these terms, to submit your shipping and payment details, and to complete the purchase, and you are bound by the resulting order as if you had placed it yourself. Agents must transact through our published checkout and must present accurate customer information. Product data, pricing, availability, shipping cost, and policy text published through our storefront and commerce APIs are the authoritative source for automated buyers. We may cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe was placed fraudulently or without the customer's authorization.
  10. 10. AGE AND ELIGIBILITY. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. We ship within the United States only unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  11. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost market opportunity.
  12. 12. GOVERNING LAW. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.
  13. 13. CHANGES. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order governs that order.
